London Edwardians Colts hockey team, was established in the year 2000. So we are now in the first year of the London Edwardians Colts playing, and of that in the first year of the Mercian Colts Hockey League.

London Edwardians Colts was formed from the original Wandsworth Borough Hockey Team, for the BAA London Heathrow Youth Games. We formed from the Wandsworth team to the London Edwardians Colts because the coach who has been training us for the past two years, also founded the London Edwardians Hockey Club.

We usually train on Thursdays in the Wandsworth Wandle Recreation Centre, and play our home matches at the Battersea Astro-Turf Pitches. For more information on this go to the Where We Play section.

Daniel W. (GK) - A great low saving keeper, who can dive to all sides of the goal.

Daniel R. (GK) - A great standard keeper, who has made some crucial and spectacular saves.

Akio (D) - A Sweeper or Central defender, who manages to tackle the opposition at crucial points of the game.

Nima (D) - A great, strong and persistant defender, who has great strength.

Dillan (D) - Another great, strong and crucial defender, who knows what to do in a crisis.

Seb F. (D/M) - A great defender, who also has the skill of a great midfielder.

Brian (D/M) - His tackles and passes have proven crucial in all our games.

Jonathon (D/M/A) - He used to play up front because of his great pace, but this has also proven useful in defence.

Quin (D/M) - Another great defender who tackles the opposing forwards with his strong tackles.

Matthew (M) - A great all round player, who is able to play in nearly all positions with no trouble.

Seb J. (M/F) - He has proven to be very skillful on the ball, and our top scorer.

Mark (F) - Mark knows just where to go and where to stay so this proves useful in all our games.

William (F) - He has a keen eye with a powerful shot to shock any keeper.

Tony (F) - He is a great foward, with his own personal skills, that gets him in the right position to score most his goals.
